Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

This PHP Laravel developer portfolio is built with semantic markup, readable contrast, keyboard access, responsive sections, skip navigation, and reduced-motion support.

  1. Readable pages without required JavaScript for core content.
  2. Responsive layouts checked against horizontal overflow.
  3. Semantic headings, landmarks, and keyboard reachable links.

Priorities

Accessibility priorities.

  • Meaningful headings and landmarks.
  • Keyboard reachable navigation and search.
  • Readable color contrast in the single visual system.
  • Responsive layouts without horizontal content traps.
  • No required JavaScript for reading core content.

Review process

How accessibility is checked.

The site is reviewed as a rendered PHP application, not only as static markup. That means checking keyboard navigation, focus states, reduced motion behavior, contrast, image alternatives, form labels, status messages, and mobile layout constraints together.

Automated tools can catch missing labels, heading mistakes, contrast warnings, and structural regressions, but they do not prove that a page is usable. Manual checks are still needed for reading order, interaction clarity, error recovery, and whether the content makes sense without visual decoration.
